Jerusalem Roses JERUSALEM — A rose garden of 40,000 bushes is being -cultivated between the Knesset and the Bank of Israel. Funded by the Wohl family of Geneva, through the Jerusalem Foundation, it is expected to be a breathtaking spectacle, in- cluding a "garden of the na- tions" whose flower-beds will be decorated with •na- tional flags, including some countries which don't have diplomatic relations with Israel. Some 1,000 varieties of roses will be grown, watered by drip irrigation, a system in which Israel is among the world's most advanced countries. Israel today exports 175 million roses every season.
