WASHINGTON — The
Jewish War Veterans of
America sponsored a
memorial service at Ar-
lington National Cemetery
last weekend to commemo-
rate the Dec. 7,1941, attack
on Pearl Harbor.
In a speech prior to the
presentation of a wreath at
the Tomb of the Unknown
Soldier, Robert M.
Zweiman, national com-
mander of the JWV, praised
the efforts of several Jewish
servicemen who played a
role in the battle.

Hanuka party 8 p.m. Dec.
22 at the JWV Memorial
Home. There will be re-
freshments, entertainment
and a grab bag. Admission
is free to members. Guests
are invited at a nominal
charge.
