He is past president and
chairman of the board of the
Detroit Chapter of Ameri-
can Technion Society and a
member of its national
board. Kahn is a member of
the board of Adat Shalom
Synagogue, is president of
Tam-O-Shanter Country
Club and is a member of the
Jewish War Veterans.
Rich also announced
last week that Bonds has
collected $1 million of its
$3 million cash collection
goal. The drive, under the
direction of Harold Bez-
nos, ends Dec. 18. Ann
Helfman and Irma
Katchke, leaders in the
Metro Detroit Israel
Bond's Women's Di-
vision, have accepted the
roles of cash collection
co-chairmen.
Meanwhile, in a drive to
reach holders of matured Is-
rael Bonds and secure rein-
vestments of the proceeds, it
was announced that Alice
Ross and Lucille Weisberg
have joined Max Nosan-
chuk as reinvestment co-
chairmen.
