2 lbs. lamb or veal ribs
/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsps. soy sauce
3/4 cup catsup
3 /4 cup water
1 /3 cup lemon juice
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce,
catsup, water and lemon juice
and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour over ribs and marinate in
refrigerator overnight. Broil
ribs 10 minutes on each side.
Drain fat. Bake in remaining
marinade 21/4 hours at 350 de-
grees or until tender. Baste
frequently.
