Book Fair Concludes Sunday

MIKE'S QUALITY FRUIT MARKET

The 30th annual Jewish
Book Fair will conclude its
10-day run at the main
Jewish Community Center
this weekend.
On Saturday, at 8 p.m.,
there will be an English-
Yiddish Theater evening
starring Miriam Kressyn,
Seymour Rexsite and Mic-
key Freeman. There is a
charge.
Sunday's schedule in-
cludes:
10:30 a.m. — Sylvia
Rothchild ("Voices of the
Holocaust"), will speak
on "After the Silence."
Noon — Bnai Brith
Brunch. There is a charge.
Reservations required.
1 p.m. — Lewis Orde
("Heritage"), will speak on
"Heritage Is Our Strength."
2 p.m. — Barbara Cohen
("Yussel's Prayer"), will tell
children's stories.
2:15 p.m. — Rabbi
Lawrence Kushner ("The
River of Light"), will
speak on "Altered States
of Judaism."
3:15 p.m. — Aharon Ap-
pelfeld ("Badenheim
1939"), will speak in He-
brew and English on "The
Israeli Writer: My Life, My
Work."
4 p.m. — Arnold
Goldsmith ("The Golem
Remembered"), will speak
on "Modern Implications of
