2 chopped onions
4 chopped firm tomatoes
6 chopped carrots
2 small turnips, diced
1 small potato, diced
2 cups whole milk, room tem-
perature

Boll rice In water until al-
most tender (20 minutes). Add
rest of ingredients except milk.
Boll until vegetables are ten-
der. Add milk and cook until
hot. Serves 5.
