Dinner chairman is Max Nosanchuk. Rabbi Gorrelick, a 75- year-old resident of Oak Park, will be recipient of the "Jerusalem, City of Peace Award," in appreciation "for his life-time dedication and service to the cause of Judaism and the state of Is- rael." Ambassador Brosh, the guest speaker, began his second tenure in the post of Minister of Informa- tion in Washington in August 1978, having previously served in that capacity from 1970 to 1973. He went to Wash- ington from Los Angeles where he was Consul General of Israel for seven southwestern states. A member of Israel's Foreign Service since 1960, his previous appointments include those of ambassador to Burma and Sri Lanka, and counselor for informa- tion in Bonn, West Ger- many. At the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem, Brosh served twice as chief of the division for interna- tional cooperation which di- rects Israel's worldwide program for technical assis- tance to the developing countries.
