THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS Jewish Publication Society Authors Featured at Jewish Book Fair Dinner Two distinguished authors and representa- tives of the Jewish Publica- tion Society of America will be represented at the an- nual JPS dinner sponsored here during the annual Jewish Book Fair. The dinner will be held at the Jewish Center 6 p.m. Nov. 22. PROF. ARNOLD GOLDSMITH IRWIN (TOBY) HOLTZMAN Irwin S. (Toby) Holtzman, member of the JPS board of governors, will preside. The guest speakers will be Prof. Arnold Goldsmith and Prof. Nahum Sarna. Prof. Goldsmith, author of "The Golem Remem- bered," will speak 4 p.m. Nov. 22. His appearance is co-sponsored by Wayne State University Press and the JPS. Prof. Goldsmith was edu- cated at Boston University and the University of Wis- consin. In 1953, he joined the faculty of WSU as an in- structor. He is currently professor of English. He will show the German film classic, "Der Golem."
