Investment Off TEL AVIV (ZINS) — The Israel Finance Ministry has confirmed a Yediot Ahronot report that Israeli invest- ment capital has been in- vested overseas in recent years, instead of at home. The paper also said that the dollar is worth 121/2 times more than it was two years ago in Israel and noted that when Israel was founded 33 years ago the Is- raeli pound was worth $4. The dollar is now worth 137 Israeli pounds. Educated Force TEL AVIV (ZINS) — Some 22 percent of those able to work in Israel have university degrees. Only Sweden has a higher figure at 25 percent.
