According to activists, the refusniks most seriously imperiled at the moment are Pavel Abramovich, Natasha Khassina and Yuli Kosharovsky, veteran lead- ers of the Moscow Jewish community. Dossiers are currently being assembled by the Moscow procurator's office and it is feared that a major charge may be filed against them. There is also evidence that the authorities intend to reveal a "Zionist conspi- racy" by announcing ac- cusations against Ab- ramovich, Kosharovsky, and Khassina. These three refusniks have been among the Moscow Jewish com- munity's most outspoken members. •• • Soviet Emigre Figure Drops NEW YORK (JTA) — Charlotte Jacobson, chair- man of the Soviet Jewry Re- search Bureau of the Na- tional Conference on Soviet. Jewry, reported that only 368 Soviet Jews arrived in Vienna in October, the low- est monthly emigration fig- ure ever recorded. The 368 figure repre- sented a drop from the prev- ious low of 406 Jews who left the Soviet Union in Sep- tember.
