Fresh Air Society Forms Family Camping Committee

The FAS sponsors a
variety of family camping
programs at its sites at
Camp Tamarack at Orton-
ville and Butzel Conference
Center, both in the Benard
L. and Rosalyn J. Maas Rec-
reation Area since 1975.
In September, the Fam-
ily Campaign Committee
and FAS staff sent out a
questionnaire to 1,500
families to gain 'fin idea
what kind of family-
oriented programs the
community desired.
Suggestions are still
being taken.

in the spring, including a
Purim Weekend, a maple
syrup harvest and a day-
long canoe trip.
