Organization for 30 years.
Ms. Fischer will be the re-
cipient of the 1981 Serig-
raph Award, "in recognition
of her outstanding dedica-
tion to Israel's cause."
Among those participat-
ing in the luncheon's pro-
gram will by Phyllis New-
man and Joan Linden in a
vocal musical salute to Ms.
