Memorial Lecture to Focus on 'Jewish Family' DEPARTMENT OF MICHIGAN will hold a Council of Administration meeting 11 a.m. Nov. 1 at the Jewish War Veterans Memorial Home. Maj. (ret.) Ralph Mitchell will be the guest speaker. William Greenberg, de- partment commander, and Maj. Mitchell will be Michi- gan's representatives to the International Liberators Conference Monday through Wednesday at the State Department in Wash- ington, D.C. Greenberg said the Michigan JWV is still gathering names of former servicemen from Michigan who participated in liberat- ing the concentration camps.
