Zaks is a graduate of Cass Technical High School and received his degree in industrial management and engineer- ing from Lawrence Institute of Technology. He con- tinued his graduate studies in management at Wayne State University. Zaks has been associated with the Fresh Air Society for the 15 years. Lipsitz is a graduate of the School of Natural Re- sources at Michigan State University. He is the purchasing agent for the Fresh Air Society, di- rects the Butzel Confer- ence Center and the out- door education program at Ortonville.
