cording to Irving Laker, De-
troit District president.
These programs include
public information cam-
paigns about Israel-U.S. re-
lations, Arab propaganda,
Middle East oil and interna-
tional terrorism.
The ZOA's 520-acre Kfar
Silver campus near Ashke-
lon, Israel is also a benefici-
ary. Kfar Silver has both an
American high school pro-
gram and Israeli technical

Blood Service
on MDA Agenda

TEL AVIV — The Israeli
government has formally
leased a site to Magen
David Adorn. Israel's Red
Cross Society, for the new
MDA national blood service
center, in Kiryat Ono.

The new,MDA national
blood service center, which
is being constructed at the
request of the Israeli gov-
ernment, will cost an esti-
mated $10 million. Financ-
ing the major undertaking
will be a joint venture of
American Red Magen
David for Israel (ARMDI),
