Shake chicken In a bag with
flour. Brown chicken and
onion In oil. Mix ginger and
orange juice. Dissolve corn
starch In water. Then mix with
orange Juice. Place chicken
and onions In a large, shallow
pan. Pour orange mixture over
it. Bake 11/2 -2 hours at 350 de-
grees, uncovered. Baste if
necessary. Garnish with
parsley and fresh orange
wedges. Serves 6-8.

2 /3 cup flour
4 tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 cups orange juice
1 to 2 tbsps. corn starch
1 tbsp. water

RESH FISH

1 tongue, boiled and peeled

1 can tomato soup
1 can water
juice of lemon
honey to taste
Slice tongue. Bring other In-
gredients to a boil. Simmer 10
minutes. Add sliced tongue
and cook on low heat for 20
minutes.

1 lb. honey
3 eggs
11/2 cups sugar
2 cups applesauce
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 taps. cinnamon
112 cup raisins
VI cup chopped walnuts
Beat honey and eggs. Add
remaining ingredients except
raisins and nuts. Mix well. Stir
In raisins and nuts by hand.
Grease 2 loaf pans. Pour In
batter. Bake at 350 degrees for
1 hour. Serves 20 slices.
