for a second three-year

dry, Michael Perlman, Neil
Satovsky, Leah Snider; offi-
cers renominated as direc-
tors for an additional
three-year term: Emanuel
Feinberg and Isadore Sil-
verman.
In accordance with the
by-laws other persons may
be nominated by petition
signed by not less than 50
members of the corporation
and filed with Helen
Naimark, executive direc-
, tor, not less than 10 days
prior to the date of the an-
- nual meeting.
