A questionnaire, pre- pared by CHAIM's oral his- tory committee, will be dis- tributed. The questionnaire was prepared to serve as a document to record the sur- vivors' personal and family history before, during and after World War II and to compile a survey of histori- cal information about the survivor population of De- troit.
