IDINICI MSINIMAT DINNER THEATRE presents The Musical Hit :fflMIDDXENNEITW SOUTH CHINA first novel, "Well Spring." Far removed from her previous non-fiction work, "The Bereaved Parent," the new Zebra Books-published novel deals with a beautiful young. Israeli tour guide's Holocaust-era roots and their effect on her life. A quickly read paper- back novel, , one is im- pressed with the author's knowledge of the Hitler- era barbarities, the post- liberation rescue efforts and Israel's contempor- ary history. When we meet the star of the novel, Elena Gruen, her Israeli husband, with whom she had a passionate pre- nuptial affair, has sent her, without reason, out of the country (Israel). She is an- gry, sad and mystified. Why did this husband, who loved her so much, suddenly turn on or away from her? That is the secret and around it the plot is woven.
