Commenting on Israel's
mounting problems, Prof.
Sagi said that when people
question Israel's ability to
survive they ignore the
truth that "it is not a ques-

on how to be." Technion

The 8,000-square foot
dormitory will provide
housing for 36 students and
will be part of a new com-
plex on the Mt. Carmel

Each student will have an

In his address describing
the Technion's activities
Prof. Sagi said there was a
great demand for Technion
graduates. He enumerated
many American industrial

He pointed out that
Technion is not a univer-
