Measure Would
Ban Klan Camps

State Rep. Barbara Rose
Collins (D-Detroit) has in-
troduced legislation to ban
paramilitary camps such as
those run by the Ku Klux
Klan from operating in
Michigan.
The bill, introduced in the
State House last month,
would prohibit people from
gathering for weapons in-
struction with the intent of
creating a civil disorder.
