THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS 56 Friday, August 21, 1%1 Couple Marks 50th Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Abraham (Ann) Ross of Southfield will be honored this month by their children at a brunch at the Michigan Inn on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. Their children are Mr. and Mrs. Leslie (Barbara) Hubert and Michael Ross. The senior Rosses have three grandchildren. The senior Rosses were married Aug. 20, 1931, in New York City. They moved to Detroit in 1943, when they became involved in the laundry, dry cleaning and uniform rental business. They were in business for 30 years. Mr. Ross is affiliated with Israel Lodge of Bnai Brith. Mrs. Ross is a volunteer with the Sinai Hospital Guild. 800 Expected at NJH Dinner More than 800 persons are expected to attend a benefit dinner Sept. 14 at the Detroit Plaza Hotel to honor David K.
