Cut melon into balls; toss
with the other fruit just before
serving. Mix dressing ingre-
dients together (if necessary
add another 1/4 cup wine) and
pour over fruit, mixing lightly.
Serve in parfait glasses with a
dab of whipped cream. Serves
12-15.
