Resettlement Plan , OKd by Knesset NAZARETH (JNI) — The Knesset Interior Commit- tee has approved a plan to resettle the 500 residents of Akbara village in the upper Galilee in a new town only 1 k mile from their former home. They were evacuated from Kadita village by the IDF shortly after the 1948 War of Independence. Nuclear Estimate TEL AVIV (ZINS) — The former chief scientist of the U.S. Atomic Energy Com- mission's marine reactors division has estimated that a hypothetical Iraqi atomic bomb attack on Tel Aviv would have caused 100,000 casualties. Prof. Alvin Radkowsky, now associated with nuclear engineering departments of Tel Aviv and Ben-Gurion universities, says tile Iraqis would have had an opera- tional nuclear device by July 1982.
