granted a double sectional
tournament to be held
March 11-13 and 18-20,
1983. Sperling will be tour-
nament director and senior
advisers are Mary Dictor,
Paul Kales and Al Brooks.
Joffes Celebrate 50th Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Alex Joffe,
former Detroiters of Clear-
water, Fla:, were honored
recently at a party given by
their children on the occa-
sion- of their 50th wedding
anniversary.

Livonia, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry
Joffe of St. Louis, Mo., and
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Gonek of
Los Angeles, Calif.
