Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Place in a covered baking dish (or cover with foil) and pour wine around the trout. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Melt the remaining 2 oz. of margarine and mix with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Pour over the trout and bake 10 more min- utes. Garnish with wedges from the remaining 1/2 lemon and fresh parsley.
