Pre-Kindergartens in Israel

Two pre-kindergartens
will be dedicated next
month in Israel by Dr. Leon
Fill. Both will be dedicated
in the names of Dr. Fill's
late parents, Nahum and

The schools are located in
Ashdod and in Givat Olga.
Both 'are designed to give
pre-kindergarten education
to large numbers of pre-
schoolers, particularly to

Trout in Wine

4 oz. margarine
1 /3 bottle inexpensive white,
dry wine
salt, pepper to taste
I lemon
Place 1 /2 oz. of margarine on
each trout. Sprinkle with a little
salt and pepper. Place in a
covered baking dish (or cover
with foil) and pour wine around
the trout. Cover and cook at
325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Melt the remaining 2 oz. of
margarine and mix with the
juice of 1/2 lemon. Pour over the
trout and bake 10 more min-
utes. Garnish with wedges
from the remaining 1/2 lemon
and fresh parsley. Serves 4.
