secrations and confirma-
tions. A variety of
synagogues and secular
organizations have an-
nounced the names of their
graduates. Among them
are:
SHALOM
ADAT
SYNAGOGUE: At 8:30
p.m. today the confirmation
of Elizabeth Alpern,
Pamela Chosid, Elizabeth
Liwazer, Melissa Okun,
Michelle Olson and Mar-
jorie Winkelman will be ob-
served.
The confirmands will pre-
sent a program entitled,
"Modern Jewish Women,"
which they prepared under
the direction of Doris -Edut.
Rabbi Spectre is the confir-
mation class teacher.
An oneg Shabat will fol-
low services. Guests are
welcome.
BETH ABRAHAM
HILLEL MOSES: The
religious school will hold its
confirmation and gradua-
tion exercises 10 a.m. Sun-
day in the synagogue
sanctuary. The cantata,
"What Is Torah?" under the
