This orange filling is good
with a white or yellow cake.
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 stick margarine
1 tsp. flour
3 egg yolks
juice of medium orange
Beat sugar, margarine, flour
and yolks. Add orange juice.
Cook on top of a double boiler
to the consistency of jelly.
Place between the layers of a
two-layer cake.
