JERUSALEM (ZINS) —
The new Atzmaut (Inde-
pendence) Party is advocat-
ing a free enterprise system
in Israel. The party's plat-
form argues that Israel has
received $65 billion in
foreign aid from the U.S.
and Germany which offsets
Israel's defense expenses.
The party argues that
political patronage at all
levels is the cause of Israel's
economic ills.
