Swimmer Wins Rehab Prize Oak Park High School senior Elayne Kramer has been named 1981 Kenny Patient by the Kenny- Michigan Rehabilitation Foundation. A competitive swimmer since age 12, Miss Kramer swam in all events for Oak Park High School before painful shoulder injuries sidelined her at the start of her junior year. She sub- sequently underwent a series of three operations on her shoulders and received Births ELAYNE KRAMER extensive physical therapy for 1'/2 years. Although Miss Kramer has not returned to com- petitive swimming, she now enjoys recreational swimming. She plans to enter Wayne State Uni- versity in September as a pre-physical therapy student and pursue a career as a physical therapist specializing in athletic injuries.
