Featured in the program will be the noted Russian tenor, Misha Alexan- drovich; Short Hills, N.J.; and soprano Sarah Sager, of Fairmount Temple, Cleve- land. Making his concert debut playing Ernst Bloch's "Wedding March" will be 13-year- old organ virtuoso Scott Stern. Miss Picon has appeared in more than 200 prod- uctions, 40 of which were written by her late hus- band, Jacob Kalich. Among the prod- uctions in which she has appeared are: "Milk and Honey," "Come Blow Your Horn," and "Fid- dler on the Roof." After World War II, Miss Picon entertained the homeless Jews in the dis- placed persons camps throughout Europe. She toured on behalf of the USO and has been involved in fund-raising activities on behalf of the state of Israel. Her biography, "Molly," was published in 1980. Survivor Blames Mezada Captain TEL AVIV (JTA) — Sur- vivors of the Zim Lines' bulk carrier Mezada which sank in the Atlantic Ocean near 'Bermuda March 8 told a board of inquiry in Haifa last week that they had urged Capt. Gera Levin, the ship's master, to summon help much earlier than he did, but that he refused.
