"I wasn't always an American Federal Savings customer,"
explains Hosea Grant. "I had an account at another bank, but
they never made me feel welcome. So I switched. I know banks
are big business, but the people at American Savings don't put
on those big business airs. They call me by name. They're nice
about cashing checks. In a lot of little ways they let me know
they care. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else."
