prestigious culinary compe-
tition sponsored by the De-
laware Valley Chef's Asso-
ciation.
Keith, at 21-years-old the
youngest professional com-
peting, received a bronze
medal in the category "In-
dividual Cold Food Plat-
ters" ... He presented hors
d'oeuvres, seafood and
Chicken Galantine ... Con-
testants were judged on
composition, preparation,
presentation and difficulty.
Server Paul Tootikian
won third place honors in
the "Top of the Table" cate-
gory ... He created a table
setting for four for an ele-
gant dining room using
creativity and knowledge
about fine dining . . . Paul is
also only 21 years old.
Competition was held in
Valley Forge, Philadelphia
. . . and approved by the
United States Culinary
Olympic Team.
