Noting that each member of Telem makes "a personal commitment to go on aliya," Dulzin added, "I believe the next 25 years of Israel's existence will be in good measure determined by you." Charlotte Jacobson, chairman of the WZO- American Section, proposed a program of two years of life in Israel for prospective settlers. A total of 156 Telem members have made aliya in the first two years of the movement's existence. Dr. Nabeel Abraham, a research associate at Wayne State University's Center for Urban Studies, is local consultant and spokesman for the organ- ization, which plans to fight stereotypes about Arabs.
