Dance Company Marks 10th
The Harbinger Dance
Company's 10th anniver-
sary will be celebrated at a
"pas de deux" benefit party

The company, which is an

Regional Ballet, has per-
formed for 10 years in De-
troit and has toured
throughout Michigan and
the Midwest. Its repertoire
includes semi-classical, jazz
and abstract ballets. Har-
binger has the support of
the Michigan Council for
the Arts.
The theme for the fes-
tivities is the "Roaring
'20s." The Harbinger dan-
cers will perform a special
dance for the evening,
choreographed by Artistic
Director, Lisa Nowak. Ms.
Nowak has also-choreog-
raphed a "pas de deux" for
each celebrity couple.
Celebrities performing
include Barry Breman,
Jack Faxon, Dolly Cole
and Lori Jacobs. Beverly

`Fidelio' at
Ford Auditorium
Detroit Symphony Or-
chestra Music Director
Antal Dorati will conduct
two fully-staged perform-
ances of Beethoven's opera
"Fidelio" at 8 p.m. April 9
and 11 at Ford Auditorium.
The April 9 performance
will be a 75th birthday cele-
bration for Dorati.
The production of
"Fidelio" is staged by the
DSO in cooperation with
Michigan Opera Theatre,
David DiChiera, general di-
rector. Tickets are available
at the Ford Auditorium box
office.

House of Children's Hospi-

Child Restraint Program.
