1 lb. frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and drained
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion, celery and
mushrooms in margarine for
10 minutes, stirring often. Add
all the remaining ingredients.
Put into .a large greased loaf
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes or until firm. Let cool
for 15 minutes, then remove
from pan.
