THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS 42 Friday, March 21, 1981 N Women's Division Speakers to Focus on Anti-Semitism "Is the Writing on the Wall?: A Resurgence of Anti-Semitism in Our Time" is the topic to be ad- dressed by speakers at Spring Forum, an annual presentation of the Jewish Welfare Federation Women's Division, April 15 at the Jewish Community Center, beginning at 9:15 a.m. Luncheon is included in the registration fee for the event. Discussing the roots of anti-Semitism will be author and educator Prof. June Sochen, who has done considerable research on the topic. Recipient of several awards as outstanding , teacher and scholar, Prof. Sochen teaches courses in women's history and the history of American Jews, among others, at North- eastern Illinois University. Tobias is active in the Reform move- ment as well, serving on the board of directors of Temple Israel.
