The goal of $19,150,000 which is in addition to the 1981 share for the Israel neighborhood rehabilita- tion plan Project Renewal, is based on an analysis of the Detroit Jewish commu- nity's capacity to support the Campaign's be- neficiaries, some 60 in all. Women throughout the metropolitan Detroit area will be asked to make their pledges to the Campaign during the Women's Division Phonogift, March 22-29 at the United Hebrew Schools. Phonogift volunteers will be manning the phones 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. on the two Sun- days, March 22 and 29, and also during three shifts — 8:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m., 3-5:30 and 6:30-9, March 23 and 24. They will work the morning and evening shifts only on March 25 and the evening shift on March 26. A briefing party and luncheon for workers will be held noon Wednesday at United Hebrew Schools. The program will include an update on Campaign pro- gress and "Images of Us," a presentation about the communal and worldwide agencies that benefit from Campaign. Marcia Parven and Reva Rosen are chair- men of the day. The chairman for Phonogift is Janice Schwartz. Serving with her is associate chairman Sha- ron Hart. Holocaust Study for Dutch Schools AMSTERDAM (JTA) — A studies project designed to inform junior high school and high school pupils of the dangers of anti-Semitism is under preparation, to be in- troduced into the Dutch school system in the 1982- 1983 school year. The guide for teachers calls for a total of 20 hours of instruction and is modeled after Holocaust teaching projects in the United States, Britain, West Ger- many and Israel.
