1 /4 tsp. white papper
3 tbsps. tomato catsup
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 small green pepper, thinly
sliced
% small red pepper, thinly
sliced
1 4-oz. can chopped mush-
rooms
Combine meat, potato, white
pepper and catsup. Spread
one-half the meat mixture in a
greased loaf pan, covering the
bottom and sides. Add onions,
I peppers and mushrooms, one
layer at a time. Cover with re-
maining meat. Bake at 350 de-
grees for one hour. Serves 4.
