Mr. and Mrs. Jack
Schwartz of Votrobeck
Drive, Detroit, will celeb-
rate their 65th wedding an-
niversary Tuesday. The
couple were married in New
York City in 1916 and lived
in Detroit all of their lives.
They are the parents of
Mrs. Joseph (Florence)
Gorelick, Seymour and the
late Mrs. Benjamin (Sylvia)
Steinberg and the late Mrs.
Isidore (Shirley) Robbins.
Mr. Schwartz is a native
of New York City. Mrs.
Schwartz was born in Rus-
sia and came to the U.S. as a
child. Her husband was in
the fruit business for 60
years.
Mr. Schwartz was a
member of the former Cong.
Beth Moses. He is a volun-
teer at the Jewish Home for
Aged-Borman Hall and was
a member of the Fruit Ven-
dors Association.
The senior Schwartzes
have six grandchildren.
