to Wed Israeli

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Levy
of Jerusalem, Israel, an-
nounce the engagement of
their daughter, Rinah, to
Yagil Goldberg of Brooklyn,
N.Y. son of Mrs. Dorothy
Goldberg of Essexville,
Mich., and the late Mr. Ed-
ward Goldberg.
Miss Levy was graduated
from Hebrew University
with a BA degree in Hebrew
literature. Her fiance re-
ceived a BA degree in
sociology from Western
Michigan University and
was graduated from He-
brew University with an
MA degree in Middle East-
ern political sociology.
A July wedding in
Jerusalem is planned.

The ICRC has prom-
ised absolutely no re-
strictions on the findings
of the researchers which
are expected to cast light

Favey has not indicated
yet who he will ask to assist

him in his research. It is be-
lieved that his team will in-
chide at least one prominent

Flint Will Host
Kinnus Event

GENEVA (JTA) — The
International Commission
of the Red Cross (ICRC) will
open its archives on Nazi
persecutions during World
Wra II to scholarly research
for the first time since the
end of the war.
A Swiss professor of liter-
ature at Geneva University,
Jean Claud Favey, has been
authorized to make use of
the archives in preparation
of a book on the humanita-
rian agency's aid to victims
of Nazi persecution.
He and his team, as yet
unnamed, will have access
to some 300,000 pages of
