Among the classes avail- able, for nursery school-age through adults are: Ballet, modern, folk and jazz. The dance department will offer a five-day "winter dance extravaganza" Saturday through Dec. 24 at the West Bloomfield com- plex. Highlighting the event, which features classes, workshops and perform- cc 1— > Z Authority, a joint body of the Jewish Agency and the Ministry of Immig- rant Absorption, oper- ates the scholarship pro- gram with funds contrib- uted by world Jewry through the United Jewish Appeal. The scholarship is avail- able for bachelor's, master's or doctoral studies. Since Is- rael university studies are conducted in Hebrew, most prospective undergraduate students from the U.S. and Canada enroll in a one year, fully-subsidized pre- academic course in Hebrew to bring their language abil- ity up to the required level. Their children are: Dr. and Mrs. Conrad (Florence) Goode of Bloomfield Hills and Mr. and Mrs. Neal (Sara Lee) Turner of Americus, Ga. While in Detroit, the couple held membership in the Farband and Cong. Bnai Moshe. Mr. Tukel is a member of Bnai Brith. The couple met when Mrs. Tukel went to work in the clothing store owned by Mr. Tukel. There two were married and worked together in the store until their re- tirement to Florida.
