Rabbi's 10th Anniversary Marked in Flint
A two-day celebration,
Dec. 5-6, will honor Rabbi
Gerald &Custer on his 10th
anniversary at Temple Beth
El. -
A special Friday night
service is being planned by
Gail Shulman. It will in-
clude music, a speaker and
surprise guests from Rabbi
Schuster's early days in
Flint. An oneg Shabat will
follow. The community is
invited.
Janet Smarr will be sol-
oist at the service and the
Temple Beth El choir will
sing. Union of American
Hebrew Congregations'
regional Rabbi David
Hachen will be -guest
speaker.
At 7 p.m. Dec. 6, a
gourmet dinner will cul-
minate the weekend.
Reservations are limited
to 200.
The steering committee is
co-chaired by Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Hanflik and Mr. and
Mi-s. Marvin Levy. Commit-
tee members are: Mr. and
Mrs. Charles White,
Blanche Gordon, Mr. and
Mrs. Saul Gorne, Mr. and
Mrs. Milton Panzer and Mr.
and Mrs. Clifford Hart.

will assist the Hafts in
creating a souvenir book.
