Hermelin. Henry Dorfman, chair- man of the capital and endowment campaign, will join Hermelin in welcoming the guests to the parlor meeting, at which architect Leonard G. Siegal will show the plans for the Holocaust Memorial Center. The HMC is to be constructed as an HENRY DORFMAN addition to the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield. Guest speaker Alice L. Eckardt, special consultant to the President's Commis- sion on the Holocaust, will show her slides of the mis- sion. On this and other trips with her husband Roy, Prof. Eckar.dt has interviewed many survivors and viewed the sites of the major con- centration camps. The Jewish Commu- nity Center will lend its operating resources, and the Jewish Welfare Fed- eration is assisting with the capital and endow- ment fund campaign. Endowment funds will be held by the - United Jewish Charities, senior member of Federation, which maintains respon- sibility for management of more than 300 endow- ment funds.
