with the Bank of Israel con-
ducting research in the
areas of salaries and man-
power.
Prior to coming to the
U.S., Prof. Shifron was on
the faculty of the Techn-
ion and later was profes-
sor of economics at In-
diana University. He is a
specialist in policy
analysis in the social and
labor areas.
