He is a member of the House Budget Committee and sev- eral subcommittees on health and public assis- tance. Brodhead also serves on the House Ways and Means Committee. Brodhead recently founded the 87-member House Automobile Task Force and serves as its co-chairman. An attor- ney, he received his law degree in 1967 from the University of Michigan. The institute program also features a panel discus- sion among representatives of financial, accounting, in- surance and legal fields. Following the group dis- cussion will be a question- answer exchange between institute participants and a closing cocktail reception.
