The funds were raised by the Philadelphia Jewish community, which is linked to Ramat Hashikma in Project Re- newal. Jewish Agency Executive chairman Leon Dulzin, De- puty Premier Yigael Yadin, the government's chief representative on Project Renewal, and Ramat Gan Mayor Israel • Peled attended the opening to- gether with representatives of the Philadelphia commu- nity. Dulzin declared that past misunderstandings between the government and the Jewish Agency over Project Renewal were now over and the two bodies would be working in har- mony on the project. JERUSALEM (JTA) - Zionist World -The Organization/Jewish Agency will undertake a total overhaul of its system of appointing and training shlichim (emissaries to the Diaspora) in the wake of in- sistent urging by chairman Leon Dulzin that has finally overcome opposition from some of the departments. A recent announcement confirmed that the two main planks of Duizin's proposal had been carried by the WZO Executive and would be implemented: a central authority for shlichut will be set up, and a single training program for shlichim will be instituted. 21100 W. 12 Mile Rd. between Evergreen & Lahser Eban Supported Soviet Meetings National Honorary Chairman Coalition For Reagan Max M.
