On the first day, Navon will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. His itinerary also includes a visit to the Cairo Synagogue, and a visit to Sadat's birthplace, the vil- lage of Mit Abul Kom. Navon will also call at the Israeli embassy in Cairo and he and his wife will fly to the archeological sites of upper Egypt. Ofira will visit rehabili- tation institutes, al by Jihan.
