All are employed at Jewish Vocational Service-Community Work- shop. Wachler said that Rabbi and Mrs. Solomon H. Grus- kin will be honored at the 2:30 p.m. dedication cere- mony, which is being held with the assistance of Cooperative Council of the League of Jewish Women's Organizations, chaired by Nettie Deutch. The residence was opened in conjunction with the Macomb- Oakland Regional Cen- ter, which provides serv- ices to mentally handi- capped persons. Staff and residents of the Devonshire home will be on hand to show open house guests through the rooms, and board members of the JARC will answer ques- tions.
